  (Series Spoilers for Books 1-5)

  Protagonists

  Fox Fitzpatrick (23), a former Snake Eyes agent and Afghanistan war veteran. Fox left home after his stepfather kicked him out for kissing his stepsister, Dani. He joined the Army and trained as a sniper while serving two tours in Afghanistan. He landed on Snake Eyes’ radar after Fox and Caleb’s team discovered a secret Snake Eyes facility just outside of Kabul and Fox killed two of their agents.

  Mercer Black recruited him and Fox became a talented killer within the organization against his will. Severe guilt and psychological torment over his undying love for Dani led Fox to plan an escape from Snake Eyes. He stole the master file and faked his death with the help of Luka Lutrova and the Russian mob. He later exposed Snake Eyes to the world, painting a permanent target on his back.

  Dani (Roxie) Roberts (22), a Hollywood starlet and Fox’s stepsister. Mercer Black knew of Fox’s love for her, so he attacked her publicly to draw him out of hiding. Fox saved her and killed Mercer, along with his entire squad. The taboo couple now resides in Los Angeles, CA in a new house nestled in the Hollywood Hills.

  Dante Hart (28), a former Snake Eyes agent and master of stealth and covert ops. Dante was undercover in the Zappia crime family when Snake Eyes was exposed, blowing his cover. He tried to escape Chicago with his lover, Lucy Vaughn, but Marty Zappia had already beat her and left her for dead. Dante r
escued Lucy and brought her to his childhood home in Geneva Lake, WI where he nursed her back to health with the help of his younger siblings, Lilah and Elijah.

  The couple lived in happy solitude until Enzo Zappia put a hit out on the Hart family, leading to Elijah’s death. The couple is now on their way to Los Angeles to find and recruit Fox Fitzpatrick in their war against Snake Eyes.

  Lucy Vaughn (22), a former ballerina from Chicago, IL. Her promising career was cut short when Marty Zappia crushed her right knee and murdered her father in front of her during his hunt for Dante after Snake Eyes was exposed. She vowed revenge against Marty, but ultimately couldn’t go through with it. Dante, however, had no trouble pulling the trigger.

  Boxcar (Bartholomew Carson) (22), a talented hacker and a thief with a specialty in building and cracking security systems. While vacationing in Europe, Boxcar was captured by Marilyn Black after he broke into her Paris home. She coerced him into hacking United States military personnel files to gain information on soldiers and potential new recruits currently deployed in the Middle East.

  He escaped captivity in Afghanistan with the help of Fox and Caleb’s team but secretly began an investigation into the Black family’s secrets. After Fox’s apparent death, Boxcar and Caleb were sent back to the United States but Boxcar’s investigation was far from finished.

  Caleb Fawn (23), an Afghanistan war veteran. She enlisted in the United States military after her father was killed in Iraq. Her natural talent gained her a solid reputation as a soldier but it was her boy’s name that mistakenly put her on the front lines of combat. Once the top brass found out, she was discharged and sent back to the United States, along with her on-again off-again lover, Boxcar.

  The two spontaneously married in Las Vegas but their tumultuous relationship only lasted a few days. She moved to Los Angeles and opened Fawn’s Pawn, a shop in Hollywood where she dealt illegal arms out of her backroom to help pay bills. Snake Eyes’ exposure and Fox’s resurrection brought her and Boxcar back together to save their old war buddy. They’re still married and currently live together in Los Angeles.

  Luka Lutrova (24), a Russian mobster and head of the Lutrova family’s security. He helped Fox escape Snake Eyes in exchange for the master file, which he used to hunt down and kill several Snake Eyes agents. After the death of his father, Nikolai, he became determined to rid Russia of Snake Eyes and uncover the truth surrounding the murder of his grandfather, Viktor.

  Sofia Lutrova (21), formerly of the Zappia family and Gio Zappia’s ex-wife. She and her little sister, Rosalie, were adopted into the crime family as children, however, Sofia didn’t take to the strict indoctrination usually forced on Zappia women. On the eve of her and Gio’s wedding, she begged Luka Lutrova to help her conceive a child in revenge against Gio and their bloodline.

  Three years later, Luka rescued her and their infant son, Lucian, after Gio discovered the truth. They eloped shortly after in a private ceremony and now live on the Lutrova estate in the outskirts of Moscow with his family.

  Archer Allen (29), a bounty hunter and former MI-6 agent. He was sent to the Middle East to investigate possible terrorist activity within the United States military but quickly met a cruel fate at the hands of Myra Black. In exchange for his life, he was forced to work for her and hunt down the organization’s many, and often innocent, targets.

  After Dante was exposed as a Snake Eyes agent and injured Marty, Antony Zappia hired Archer to track him down. He stalked Dante’s siblings, Lilah and Elijah, across the country in the hopes that they’d lead him to Dante, but he quickly found himself infatuated with Lilah.

  Lilah Hart (26), former Snake Eyes agent and Dante’s little sister. Lilah is known for being one of Snake Eyes’ deadliest killers. After Dante was recruited into Snake Eyes, he rebelliously kept in touch with his younger siblings. When Mercer Black found out, he personally carried out the mission to kill the twins. He attacked Lilah first but she fought back, stabbing him with his own knife. This greatly impressed him and he changed his mind when he saw her potential. He recruited the twins into Snake Eyes when they were just seventeen years old, despite Dante’s disapproval.

  After the exposure, in order to prove her family’s loyalty to Snake Eyes, Lilah accepted a mission from Myra to kill the bounty hunter, Archer Allen. Their game of cat and mouse quickly became complicated when the two fell into bed together and Lilah couldn’t go through with the job. She struggled with her attraction to Archer but his kindness and sacrifice following the death of her twin solidified her trust in him. The couple are currently on their way to Los Angeles to find and save Fox from Myra’s assassination squad.

  Family and Friends

  Elijah Hart (26), deceased. Former Snake Eyes agent and Lilah’s twin brother. A self-taught medic with a talent for Chemistry, Elijah’s life was tragically cut short when Myra Black shot him to collect the bounty from Enzo Zappia.

  Bennett Roberts (47), Dani’s father and agent. He secretly kicked Fox out of the house when he saw them kissing on her 18th birthday and has micro-managed every aspect of Dani’s life ever since.

  Cora Roberts (46), Fox’s mother. She turned to wine and self-help books to help deal with the loss of her son but she never gave up hope that Fox was still out there somewhere.

  Terrence Vaughn (49), deceased. Lucy’s father. A world-renowned ballet dancer until an injury took him off the stage for good. He opened a ballet academy but developed a severe gambling addiction at Antony Zappia’s casino as a way to cope with his loss. It cost him his marriage but Lucy stuck by him. Shot and killed by Marty Zappia.

  Mrs. Barbara Clark (68), Fox’s landlord and a former trauma nurse. After her husband, Larry, died, Barbara put an ad in the local paper in Iowa City for someone to help her out around the farm and rent out her guest house. After escaping Snake Eyes, Fox found this to be the perfect arrangement to lay low in. The two of them quickly became good friends and would often get together to watch action movies, Mrs. Clark’s favorite genre.

  Sammy (7), Mrs. Clark’s husky dog. He never liked Fox and would always growl whenever Fox came near his master.

  Bernard (72) and Mary Elizabeth Hart (69), Dante, Elijah, and Lilah’s grandparents. They raised the trio in Wisconsin after a car accident killed their parents. Once they joined Snake Eyes, Dante falsified documents to make his grandparents appear dead and housed them in a care facility in order to protect them.

  The Lutrova Crime Family

  Lucian Lutrova (3), Luka and Sofia’s son.

  Yuri Lutrova (26), Luka’s older brother.

  Nina Lutrova (45), Luka’s mother and current head of the family.

  Nikolai Lutrova (48), deceased. Luka’s father. Killed during Gio’s vengeful assault on the Lutrova estate.

  Viktor Lutrova, deceased. Luka’s grandfather. The circumstances surrounding his death remain a mystery thirty years later.

  Markov (48), Nikolai’s best friend and the family’s most trusted ally. He taught Luka everything he knows about protecting the family, by any means necessary.

  The Petrovin Crime Family

  Stefan Petrovin (49), the head of the family. An old school rival of Nikolai Lutrova. Their families fought for decades until the murder of his son, Hans, unified them against the Zappia family.

  Hans Petrovin (24), deceased. Murdered by Snake Eyes in a failed attempt to frame Luka Lutrova and start a mob war in Russia. His hit was ordered by Gio Zappia.

  The Zappia Crime Family

  Antony Zappia (47), the head of the family. He lost everything after Luka Lutrova banished him and his family from Italy and torched all of his family’s properties in Chicago, with exception to his precious casino. His attempt to rebuild his family’s business in America ended when Dante killed his youngest son, Marty. Antony was last seen in the office of his casino, a bitter and broken man.

  Beatrix Zappia (45), Antony’s wife and mother of their three sons. Foster mother of Sofia and Rosalie. A traditional Zappia woman, Beatrix rarely
speaks.

  Enzo (Lorenzo) Zappia (27), deceased. The eldest Zappia boy. He ordered the hit on the Hart family after Marty’s murder and hired Archer to do the job. However, Archer later turned on him and delivered him to the Harts himself following Elijah’s death. Drowned in Geneva Lake by Dante and Lilah Hart.
